The Disco resurgence continues!! Native New Yorker David Morales goes back to his Disco roots, unleashing a breathtaking cover version of the late 70's Debbie Jacob's classic, 'Don’t You Want My Love'. Having created an edit of the original recently, which smashed the dance floors of Glitterbox and beyond, David decided to recreate the song from scratch under his The Face moniker. Enlisting the amazing soulful vocals of regular Def Mix cohort, Nicki Richards, David has crafted 2 slabs of exquisitely authentic Disco, drizzled with sparkle, glamour and heartfelt soul primed to radiate the dance-floor!

David is also known as one of the most versatile DJs currently on the scene. Whether it is playing a pool party in Miami as one of the “Kings of House”, DJ’ing in an edgy European club or an event geared to a predominately gay crowd, or smashing Glitterbox's Disco dance-floor, Morales is always at home behind the decks.  

Featured U.S. Vocalist Nicki Richards has recorded and performed over the years with some of the biggest names in the biz, including Madonna, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Celine Dion, Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliott, Lenny Kravitz, the Rev. Al Green and has recorded many singles with Def Mix's own Frankie Knuckles. She has also released two of her own albums - "Naked to the World" and "Nicki", which she wrote and produced.
