Inside The Well

Hope In The Wasteland (Music Weeklies Challenge)

Cracked lips. Wind. Dust.

This was for the Wastelands challenge for Music Weeklies.

I was able to use my banjo with an e-bow, some resonator pickin', and the new mandolin my friend got me for Christmas. Lucky! The swells are reversed, Paulstretched electric guitar (Big Muff Pi into a Champ). Lots more time spent in pre-production than actually making the piece, haha!

It's been a while since my last song for Muwee...
Well, I'm finally back, chained to a brilliant french composer from the beautiful city of Toulouse: Mrkzv.
The challenge was quite simple:
~ Team up with other composer/s you've never worked with
~ 1 section per composer don't touch others section except transitions
~ Song must have a continuity
The collab was great and Mrkzv did a wonderful job on mixing.

These are 3 short sketches for Music Weeklies' chiptune challenge.
I really enjoyed composing for this one.
Started with 3 different ideas / riffs, I couldn't pick up just one.
I used the Konami VRC-6 tracker and shared instruments between those 3 songs.
