Anne Noyes Saini edits economics books by day. In her free time she writes about (and produces audio journalism about) food culture, immigration and the elderly in New York City—especially in Queens, where she lives. She has a Master’s Degree in Journalism from New York University and has contributed to Narratively, The New York Times, The Christian Science Monitor, WNYC-FM, WBUR-FM, and City Limits magazine.
