1 Half of the Duo Four7&LukeM

Neelan Munnick and Luke Mains, better known in the music circles as Four7 & LukeM. The duo have had a series of mixtape releases with various bootlegs and remixes being showcased with downloads and plays in excess of 40 000 people per release.

Four7 & LukeM came together through mutual acquaintances and quite rapidly found that their love for music had drawn them to spending hours learning and feeding off one another’s style of production, as well as their individual musical influences. They are both self-taught music producers. Together, they have found a fresh sound that sets them apart from other up and coming DJ’s. One of their biggest remixes “Take Me Back”, of a local band from their hometown created waves across South Africa and abroad to neighbouring countries. Having their music being requested to their influential artists, Four7 & Luke M gained the support from South African legends such as DJ Fresh and DJ Kent, promoting the young producers music on 5fm. Four7 & Luke M managed to get their music across the country by making use of every opportunity and platform available. The Four7 and Luke M sound includes various elements and influences which seem to please their continuously expanding fan base.

Individually, the artists continue to experiment with new production techniques and house music sub genres which allows their sound to progress as a collective. The duo enjoy a large following in their hometown and throughout the country with them often headlining at some of the most well-known nightclubs in South Africa. Their bootlegs and remixes are very often heard on national radio stations and used by well established DJ’s in their sets.

These artists intend to continue progressing their music, believing in the fact that there is always more to learn and acquire on the path of their musical journey, hereby making a positive impact on the South African and global house scene whilst remaining true to the humble beginnings.


DjD (SA) started his DJ career in 2006 at the age of 17 years old as a mobile DJ doing his occasional House Parties & event's with various organisations & companie's year end functions. He then joined up with the Undergroundproductionz DJ Crew in 2010 at Superclub @mospheer and has grown as a versatille DJ playiying all genres of music. DjD (SA) says his music is never preplanned but catergorized, his ability in reading a crowd is intact and always makes sure that the audience has the best time of their life's this makes DjD (SA) consistent in his set's and a awesome crowd pleaser. In 2011 the Undergroundproductionz DJ Crew resided at Bunker_9 Edward Street where it also allowed DjD to play with some of the best DJ's  Cape Town has to offer such as: 
DJ Codax, Tony Smith, Dr_Jules, Ron Xrated, Andy_Carr, Tyrone_Paulsen, Luwayne_Wonder and many more... In 2012 he made a major move and is currently a resident DJ @ "The_Chillie_Bar" alongside DJ Willy & DJ_Dre. He was also a resident DJ for CPUT's Campus Radio every week and has played on GoodHope fm's 411 live with Tyrone Paulsen. DjD is currently improving his skills by studying Sound Engineering/Technology and say's that he want's to start producing & remixing his own music and beats, he recons that he has a lot to offer and learns new things about this industry everyday. CLUB's his played @... Hanover Street, Tantra, Strata Lounge, Club 121, @mospheer, Cappello, Bunker 9, Inside Lounge, Fashion TV, Stones (Long_Street) and Cougar Lounge to name a few. In this short frame of time in the club scene DjD (SA) has certainly made a name and established himself as a versatille DJ, his spinning to eager clubbers boasts a long list of many recognisable parties, events and clubs in and around Cape Town.  A belief that passion, talent and 'that unmistakeable X factor' are what make a DJ great is what drives him to perfecting his art. DjD's style of music is broad and reflects him, going on the mood of the people and becoming one with the audience is what he call's it. Audiences love that attitude !!!

Jody Williams, Miss Kay, Slikour, Jae, and Kwesta are just a few of SA’s musical superstars who have collaborated with 25 year old singer/songwriter Tia Black to create spine-tingling music. Her talent is undeniable. After catching the eye of SAMA-nominated producer phenomenal Ashley Valentine, she signed to Silverado Entertainment / Universal Music Publishing in 2012 and most recently to Respect Music as her management and label partner.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Tia Black began writing her own music before the age of 12. Her strong gospel roots have seen this pastor’s daughter grow into one of South Africa’s most exciting new artists. She has sharpened her skills in the company of gospel heavyweights like Kunjalo and New Birth. At 18 years old she was regional runner up in EMI’s “Backstage Superstar Search” after which she took a hiatus from the recording industry and built a reputation as a dancer. 

Tia is featured on the single “I Got You” by Hip Hop Icon “Slikour” (of Skwatta Kamp). She is also on Hip Hop star Kwesta’s second studio album. With Keri Hilson, Rihanna, Adele, and Christina Aguilera as part of her ever-growing assortment of influences, the “Tia Black”-era has clearly just begun.

Her debut single CRUSADER is going to catch your attention and start the buzz for what is the most exciting new female artist to come out racing in 2013 with a debut album currently being finished off with mixing. The full album was co-written by Tia Black and Ashley Valentine.
