Petros has been listening to and been inspired by electronic sounds since the late 1970's. Growing up in Germany he was influenced heavily by Kraftwerk and the onset of the Disco revolution emerging from the clubs of New York.
Funk, Soul and RnB gave way to the more electronic 'House' sounds after a visit to Larry Levan's Paradise Garage and the influence, sounds & vibes he heard from the legendary club he took on his journey in life.
In his production work Petros draws inspiration & influences from many of the great players Kraftwerk Prince, Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Michael Jackson, Todd Terry, Timmy Regisford, Atjazz, Jimpster, Kerry Chandler, Larry Heard and the immortal Larry Levan.
