We are two musicians from the south of Germany.
Kurt Seßler ist the songwriter and singer. Werner Zeeb - as a multiinstrumentalist - plays all the instruments and is the producer.

We have been working together since 2021 and released our first album "Märchen" (12 songs) in March 2022. 
In 2023 we released two singles:  "Wenn" (March 2023) and "N.N." (October 2023).
On April 5th, 2024 our first single with English lyrics “If No One” was released - a Pop/Rock-ballad.
On June7th, 2024 we released another single in English: "If You Believe Me", a progressive rock track. For the first time, there is also a music video.

Our latest release is the single "Superstar" (November 8th, 2024). An unplugged Contemporary Folk song, played only with acoustic instruments.

Our genre is Rock and Pop with influences from other music styles.

Music is the universal language that speaks to our hearts and souls. It transcends borders and cultures, connecting us on a level that words cannot reach. Music has the power to evoke emotions, bring back memories, and create new ones, moving us in ways that nothing else can. It is truly a magical art form that unites us all.

As a composer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, recording, and mixing guru, I am honored to share some original music with the SC community. There are so many talented and gifted artists on this platform! It's always inspiring to discover the different types of music and hidden gems one can stumble upon here. Personally, I enjoy mixing different genres and styles, so perhaps you'll find something here that you enjoy. I look forward to listening to your music too! LORRIDI is a Folk/Viking Power Metal one-man band by Jan Magne Garte. Taking inspiration from the sagas of the viking age and norse mythology, Garte creates vivid images of the old gods and warriors through his music and lyrics.

Born in Norway, 1971. At the age of 16, Jan Magne Garte played bass in different bands starting in the mid '80s. Growing in popularity and opening for some of the most popular Norwegian Rock bands at the time. By the early 2000s, Garte started expanding his repertoire by singing songs himself and switching from bass to guitar.

Around the same time his parental duties would start to take the focus from the music, and his career as a musician   took a hiatus for almost two decades. Now after all this time, his love for making music has truly rekindled and the old musician has returned. 

All of his music is heavly influenced by the songs of his youth, from genres such as '80s hard rock, heavy metal, thrash, but also taking notes from the next generation of musicians.

Garte also has another solo project under his own name. 
All tracks were composed, arranged, recorded and mastered by Garte himself.
