A collection of all pieces, both arrangements and originals, that were made for the 8-Bit Music Theory Discord's Weekly Challenges. The Weeklies are a set of challenges to either arrange or compose a piece to a prompt within a week, for the chance to get the prestegious prize of the "A Winner is You!" Rank, as well as access to the coveted #pinata channel but shh! I didn't tell you that ;). Also, I threw in some covers of weekly tracks and alt versions, as I feel it's appropriate, though that may change in the future.

8-Bit Music Theory Weekly Challenge - Composition - Villain week

Same composition method as I used for Lucky Seven, but I ended up halving the tempo from 180bpm to 90bpm.  In theory they are equivalent, but this notates better in 90bpm.

The first 7 melody notes of Polyhedra's Blues were rolled randomly from the chromatic scale using 12-sided dice.  The result sounded like a Thelonious Monk blues, and it inspired what you hear in this song and the skit surrounding it.

Monk is a unique sound, and can be jarring if you haven't heard it before.  To some extent I attempted to imitate it here.  There's no real substitute for the original:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrKpffh8TY8
