Creative offspring of Tushen Rai and Cornelius Doctor's musical fantasies, Hard Fist has been a non-profit project encompassing producers, graphic designers, DJs and dreamy party worshippers since its inception in 2017.

'We would never have thought that this collective story would bring us this far, that it would take such a place in our lives and that it would bring us so many beautiful encounters. It was only possible to celebrate our 5th anniversary with the unreasonable idea of making something out of the ordinary. 

So we thought big, a digger's dream: double vinyl in limited edition with 20 artists from 17 countries gathered around exceptional collaborations: producers who have marked the history of the label these last 5 years, friends, but also peers, people who inspired us and gave us the desire to create Hard Fist.

In this Unidentified Noisy Object (U.N.O), you can expect borderless music flirting with Nu-Rave and No Wave, Cosmic Dub and Post-Punk, a slice of Psychedelic Electronica, a lot of Acid and a bit of Slow Goa Trance. As well as some beats of Krautrock played with an Afrobeat groove and a few Darkwave synths. But not only that. It's never only that. But what is it, then? Just a label without a label, to dance and to explore.'

Our next Inside Out Records installment set to release on NYE 2022 is a Bandcamp exclusive project by label bosses Stevie R & Parisinos. “We Are Here” serves two peak time club cuts ready for dancefloor exhilaration. The original features a heavy four on the floor rhythm with radio vocals and strong bass lines. The remix by Israel based Autarkic offers a strong break beat alternative.

Fabio Me Llaman Soltero kicks off 2023 with a release that condenses his sound and gives way to what will be his new stage name "Riveiby" with a more aggressive and raw sound (always with champagne and suntan lotion on the side), native Colombian vocals, lowered percussion, use of Guatemalan and Mexican indigenous instruments, lots of Moog and grey humour. Includes 4 tracks and two remixes by masters Balam from Argentina and Ukrainian Id Ua. An Ep with a special dedication to his trip to Mexico and Colombia in the recently finished 2022.

The 1980 Citroën Karin is not a production vehicle but rather a concept car that was unveiled at the 1980 Paris Motor Show. Designed by Citroën's in-house designer Trevor Fiore, the Karin was a groundbreaking and futuristic design at the time. Its most striking feature is its unique pyramid-shaped, three-seater cabin, with the driver positioned in the center and slightly ahead of the two passenger seats on either side. This seating arrangement allowed for a more compact and aerodynamic exterior design.

The Citroën Karin featured some innovative ideas for its time, such as integrated electronic systems, digital displays, and even a primitive version of a heads-up display for the driver. However, it's important to note that the Karin was never intended for production and remained a one-off design study to showcase Citroën's forward-thinking design philosophy.

Given its futuristic and unconventional design, the 1980 Citroën Karin would be an interesting and fitting choice for Megaphonim's mix, as it reflects the artist's innovative approach to music and their affinity for pushing boundaries.

@moiseesduro is an electronic musician, producer, and DJ hailing from Mexico City. His music and DJ sets showcase a unique blend of techno and indie dance, making for a truly diverse and psychedelic listening experience. Over the years, he has gained a reputation for delivering unforgettable DJ performances at various festivals, clubs, and parties around the world, including Kaputt, Topaz Deluxe, Casa Cobra, M.N. Roy, Diente de Leon, and EDC Mexico. 

His last two original singles, ‘Wasen’ and ‘Recuerdo Futuro', were in collaboration with ZEA. He has released music for labels such as: Duro Label, Get Physical, Nothing Is Real, Roam Recordings, Espacio CIELO, etc. Both his music and remixes have gained great acceptance among electronic music specialized media such as Mixmag Mexico, Faze Magazin, Deep House Amsterdam, DJ Mag, etc; and music stores and streaming services like Beatport, Juno Download, Spotify, and Apple Music.

Moisees co-founded Duro Label with Theus Mago in 2015, an independent record label specializing in indie dance and techno music from diverse corners of the globe. In recent years, Duro Label has become an international reference, with the support of notable artists such as Andrew Weatherall, Jennifer Cardini, Dixon, Solumun, and WhoMadeWho. In November 2022, Duro Label was selected as the 'Label of the Month' by Beatport, further solidifying its reputation as a leading independent label in the electronic music scene.
