This song is born from my second serious attempt at doing tearout basses. I found a way in the end so I hope everybody is prepared for more donks and yoinks in the future. Guess what? Yet another song that started as a shitpost. This one dates back to around May 2021, I posted a clip called “cirno whatsapp” on Loudness Refuge, consisting of the first 8 bars of the drop into another drop, but with really shitty Tearout basses. I had a laugh and forgot about it, until a couple of months ago, when I was compiling songs for my 2022 Showcase. I extended the original clip from 8 to 32 bars, and because I had lots of fun doing that and people seemed to like it, I ended up making it into a full thing. Genres like these allow you to put so much cool harmony while still being aggressive and high energy. That blend of musicality and heaviness is my main goal with music as a whole, and I hope I can keep improving on it and pushing it forward.

This song would not exist without the music of Jayster (@jaystermusic) Tony Thai (@midiman10), Inverted Silence (@invertedsilence) and Mameyudoufu (@mameyudoufu). You can consider this song a kinda weird love letter to all four of them. Special thanks to Inverted Silence for all his help and for being a good lad in general.

For the most part, heavy dubstep songs don't usually have much of a theme. They usually go like "here's just me messing with a synth" or "here's a song about my interests or media franchise im into right now."

So when I initially made this song, it wasn't much different. I needed something for Round 3 of Dub Duels, so I made a whatever song about me being able to write for strings. For the purpose, it was enough (I lost the round lmao), but I felt like it needed a complete makeover. 
At that time, I was feeling "somewhat" sad and angry about some issues I was having with a person, so I thought it would be cathartic to write around these feelings. Somewhat, because I'm usually too stable emotionally, so I didn't feel that strongly about it 😭. Instead, I thought, what if I imagined I was actually really sad and angry, and tried to channel these feelings? And that's how it ended up. It was a very fun exercise in humanity, and I hope you guys like it!

Most of you will know that certain one letter website formerly known as twitter is flooded with spam DMs. But within that sea of despair, one day some time ago, I found a DM from a certain Yunosuke. I've been a fan of him for a bunch of years now, so him also digging my stuff was such a honor for me. We quickly became friends and the idea of collabing spurred.

This is my first song with a Vocaloid lead vocal. This was actually a surprisingly fun experience. And certainly, for a lot of people within dubstep, something unexpected from me. But in reality, this is one of my favorite songs I've done, and it was great working with Yunosuke, so I hope you guys like it!
