Recently went through another transitional phase in my life. This lecture by Alan watts taught me that the longer I hold on to certain things, the more toxic they can be (even if its a good thing I am holding onto). I often find my self wasting a great deal of energy by trying to control things and in result feel the need to defend myself on a regular basis. Sometimes mole hills and mountains look the same from here... but I always make it through a little stronger, and quite a but wiser.
