Bikini Cigarette are a powerhouse Rock Band from Portugal, with frontman Vitor Teixeira on lead vocals, Rui Borges on guitar and backing vocals, Diogo Guimarães on lead guitar, João Pinho on bass and Diogo Carvalho on drums.

Formed back in 2016, Bikini Cigarette emerged from the need of its elements to create new music with deep roots in Classic Rock, mixing it with a modern vibe of Hard and Alternative Rock, recovering in a certain way the experiences lived in the crazy 90s but always looking towards the future.

Anfang 2019 sattelten drei wagemutige Herren und eine unerschrockene Maid ihre Pferde und machten sich auf, gemeinsam ein großes Abenteuer zu erleben. Eines frühlingshaften Abends – die Sonne blitzte gerade noch so hinter dem Horizont hervor – saßen die vier bei einer Flasche feinstem Feuerwasser beisammen und philosophierten (mal wieder) über die Weiten des Universums. Der Himmel leuchtete intensiv, maulbeerig rot-violett – da traf es die Bande wie ein Blitz und ihre Mission hatte endlich einen Namen: Mulberry Sky.

Seither ziehen Catherine van Bruce (Vocals), Lucky Lerchl (Bass), Simon Petrosa (Drums) & Dom Raygun (Gitarre) umher, um der Welt ihren blues-getränkten Rock um die Ohren zu schmettern. Kein Song ist wie der andere, mal verbinden sie Tiefe mit eher softem Rock, “Wumms” mit melodiösen Parts und Schmerz mit filigranen Gitarrensoli. Eine gut abgeschmeckte Mischung aus Classic Rock, Bluesrock und ein Hauch Stoner lässt das Publikum in viele Nischen des Rock blinzeln. Inhaltlich streuen Mulberry Sky gerne Salz in die Wunde und rufen dazu auf, sich selbst zu verwirklichen und Altlasten abzuschütteln. Vamos!

Mulberry Sky lassen sich nicht gerne in eine enge Sub-Genre-Schublade zwängen, sondern machen immer genau das, womit sie sich gerade wohl fühlen. Mit Erfolg – denn mit ihrem Sound konnten sie bereits einige große Radio-Sender wie ROCK ANTENNE, BAYERN 1, RADIO BOB! und RAUTE MUSIK ROCK auf sich aufmerksam machen.

Señores y señoritas, the horses are saddled, we're off!

At the beginning of 2019, three daring gentlemen and an intrepid maiden saddled their horses and set out to experience a great adventure together. One spring-like evening - the sun was just flashing out from behind the horizon - the four sat together with a bottle of the finest firewater and philosophized (again) about the vastness of the universe. The sky glowed intensely, mulberry red-purple - then it hit the gang like lightning and their mission finally had a name: Mulberry Sky.

Since then, Catherine van Bruce (vocals), Lucky Lerchl (bass), Simon Petrosa (drums) & Dom Raygun (guitar) have been roaming around to blow their blues-soaked rock around the world. No song is like the other, sometimes they combine depth with rather soft rock, power with melodic parts and pain with filigree guitar solos. A well-seasoned mixture of classic rock, blues rock and a touch of stoner makes the audience blink into many niches of rock. In terms of content, Mulberry Sky like to sprinkle salt on the wound and call for people to realize themselves and to shake off contaminated sites.

The Polites were formed in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 2014. The band’s music style ranges from a wide range of Rock and Roll. With inspiration from artists such as: Slash Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators Velvet Revolver Guns N' Roses Queens of the Stone Age Stevie Ray Vaughan Jimi Hendrix Mötley Crüe Ghost Sex Pistols Weezer and more.

Each band member has musical experience with different bands and projects of over 15 years and have also played international gigs in USA, Mexico, Central and South America. 
In June 2020, “ Blow My Mind “, debuted as a single on Ecuador’s Radio show: @Area51RockShow of Radio Vision. Their song “ Pushing “ debuted on national radio on @Area51RockShow in July 2020. Both “ Sunshine Road “ and “ The Plot “ are on rotation on Ecuador’s RADIOCITY89.3 and WQRadio.
