Effex is an up & coming DJ from Bedford, he first started mixing at the age of 14 with uplifting house music, he then went on to other genres like speed garage, 2 step garage and old skool drum & bass. It was when he was a few years older that all his equipment was stolen and took a break from mixing for 5 years. It was then he went and brought himself an mp3 mixing control unit and got a copy of virtual dj to get his head back into the flow of djing once again, and took up mixing hard house as this had more pace and energy to it than what he had mixed previously, when the hard dance scene started to waiver he turned his attention to drum & bass and has never looked back since
