About the LP:
Welcome travelers, allow us to uncover for you the world of Eleusis, the second LP of the french multi-instrumentalist and producer Hajna, a full length 1 hour narrative conceptual adventure, a journey through the deepness of our minds in the form of a unique music alchemy to delight our ears.

The Eleusinian Mysteries exist as a forgotten tale but also an initiatory journey. The invitation is for you to take a trip through the deep forests and temples of the ancient Greece, come and follow the path of sound through the night and uncover the answers you are seeking.

Hajna, the artist, focuses on producing deep electronic magical stories, full of organic percussions, cinematic quotes and hypnotic rhythms that invite the listener to dive into an ocean of diverse textures and smooth beats, from downtempo to folktronica and subtle side-trips: a mystical journey from beginning to end.

This ritual has been created as a one-of-a-kind piece of art, as it was: Composed, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Hajna himself at Blue Opal Studio in Toulouse, France. (www.blueopalstudio.com)

In true Nillo fashion, after nearly a 3 year unannounced hiatus from releasing original music, an album emerges. Upon first listen it becomes glaringly obvious, he went away to plunge deeper into the source of sound alchemy. To get to know his machines. And to invite spontaneity and synchronicity to dance hand in hand around a raging midnight fire.

Percussion pervades the album as one would expect, often played live and layered in blissful chaos. In a new turn, synthesized percussives infiltrate the soundscape in a most powerful and austere fashion, bringing with it a whole new dimension of depth. Beautiful, almost contradicting arrays of strings, vocals and distorted synth pads are placed throughout make this Nillo's most congruent and intriguing work. An album that never once strays the path of purity of craft.

Frente Bolivarista is proud to present to you the North American multi-instrumentalist Michael Alfred Wagner aka Biomigrant. This brave man took an incredible bike journey throughout the American continent down to Colombia whereas he found himself and settled his studio and inspirations.

"Biomigrant - Las Américas" is a collection of stories, told more through sound than words; a collage of field recordings, original instrumentation, and carefully constructed beats that explore the beauty, pain, contradictions, and joy of everyday life on the American continent.  


Street parties in the Colombian pacific, 
Rain prayers in central México, 
Verses of African resistance in the Caribbean, 
Sonic memories of an oasis in Baja California, 
Introspective footsteps, lost in the jungles of the Sierra Nevada, 
The faded colors of a picó and a taste of palm wine, 
A personal reaffirmation of the struggle to learn and grow,
And a collective remembrance of our fragmented history.

Anka Foh is made up of multi-talented Malian singer/composer/songwriter and producer Dasmy Djo and French electronic music producer/DJ/composer and Curuba label head Ditti. The duo met at a series of culture mashing jam sessions between musicians from all over the world in Paris’ underground bars. The two artists clicked and came together to work on some of Dasmy’s compositions - within a few months they formed Anka Foh.

Shika Shika is excited to share their first EP, Kounady, four tracks of much needed upbeat, joyful, soul music that finds a magical sweet spot between Dasmy’s original compositions, inspired by Mandingue traditional music, and Ditti’s jubilant electronica.

Though the fours compositions are rooted in the West African mandingue tradition, they are taken into a whole new context. Dasmy’s vocals and instrumental lines sit alongside swirling, airy melodies, swaggering beats and Ditti’s trademark bleeps and psychedelic, dreamy synths - the recipe for an explosion of delicious flavours and colours.

This is summed up on opener Bara or the driving electro-blues track Tâtâ, a song about giving thanks to those that helped and supported us in our lives. The EP ends with the fittingly beautiful lullaby Kounady (a mandingue word that roughly translates as luck) about how we have to look after ourselves and avoid negativity.

On this celebration of borderless music, Anka Foh have created an uplifting and refreshing debut. Music that somehow combines the dancefloor, douceur (sweetness) and melancholy but, most of all, a big dose of fun.
