The Fi5th returns to Warlock Audio with Neo Shadow, a fierce A-side that delivers a masterclass in cinematic tension and Neurofunk grit. Opening with a haunting blend of organ tones and atmospheric textures, the track evokes the mood of a dark, alternate Renaissance; rich with mystique, suspense, and grandeur. It feels like wandering through ancient stone corridors, stalked by something unseen. This theatrical introduction sets the stage with an unsettling calm before the storm breaks loose.

When the drop hits, Neo Shadow wastes no time plunging into high-octane energy. Pounding drums, twisted reese basslines, and tight low-end pressure surge forward with unstoppable force, while delicate, airy plucked synths weave a spectral contrast through the chaos. It’s a push-and-pull between aggression and elegance, a soundscape that proves The Fi5th is just as comfortable painting scenes as he is destroying dancefloors. This is cinematic Neurofunk at its finest—precise, punishing, and deeply atmospheric.

Natural Displacement is the Debut - Physical Album release from Selective Mood and Nocturnes Creatures. In the end of summer 2015 they started to work on a tracklist which can really be united in one concept: 

Because all of them have dedicated their lives to spend everyday in the studio, in front of displays, making weird noises, they tried to show up how controverse that is, with the reason their music actually is about: To connect again, with one self and especially the roots that society has lost over the long process of industrialisation, the Nature. 

With that in the back of their heads they came up with a nine track Album which should give you an imagination of how far the displacement from nature has affected the way we live and the way we create. Upon all of that, the album doesnt miss any of the charm, both of the two projects have to offer. Heavy sounding basses, squelshing and rythmic leads and dark atmospheres.So be prepared for one of the most exciting releases of 2017.
