"re-LEAF’’ is a fundraising compilation commemorating over 50,000 lives lost and hundreds of thousands more injured and displaced following the disastrous earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria in February 2023.

Compiled by the Turkish electronic music artist Hüma Utku and Sine Büyüka of the London/Istanbul based label Injazero Records, co-released by the UK label Phantom Limb; ‘’re-LEAF’ features an eclectic roster of outstanding experimental electronic and ambient music artists, who dedicate a wide musical selection to this urgent cause.

All profits of this release will be donated to the Ahbap NGO in Turkiye, who currently lead a crucial, wide-range relief operation in an ethnically diverse area home to millions of immigrants and Syrian refugees.

For the 45th installment of the mix series we are pleased to introduce Simona Dellamorte, better known as @feraliaplanitia, a Haarlem based DJ and producer.

Her debut EP as her solo project Feralia Planitia was released at the end of 2021, and was well received by the press and the public, still being aired by electronic music radio programs around the world. Dellamorte’s compositions evoke the diverse styles of electronic music she loves, Ebm, industrial and electro, but at the same time it sounds highly personal and original. Using a mix of hardware, software synths and percussions, she creates entrancing tracks with a futuristic, dystopian feel, bolstered by captivating rhythms that are never obvious and are perfect to dance to.

This mix contains tracks of music styles that inspire her, Italo, acid house, progressive house, electro... A perfect mix to play in your car this summer while driving to the beach or into the night.

https://soundcloud.com/holysimilaun is an Italian musician and sound designer based in Treviso, Italy.
Its work sonically portrays a constant feeling of powerlessness, focusing on heavy cinematics, minimal-inspired compositions, physical modelling synthesis and non-linear time manipulations, bringing its unique perspective on internal-external human meltdowns.
After its Aphex Twin-approved debut album “En To Pan” and the sophomore album “Ansatz”, Holy Similaun returns, in collaboration with Archipel, with “Arcaskathel” and “Radicor al flort, espert on’ill il erb, aor Raetia”.

Q:"What was a crucial sound experience in your life?"
A:"Definitely noisy (I mean, loud and noise music) gigs with super loud sound systems. In particular, Emptyset in Udine in 2017 and Talpah in Venice last year. 
Also, the gigs organized by the Quarto Mondo and Dirtmor crew in Treviso were one of my main inspirations in sound. 
Currently, I'm more focused on producing experimental than club-driven music, but back in the day, the opportunity to hear heavy bass music with such a massive sound system was an immense gift for my artistic growth."

What awaits you this time are another 14 uncompromising tracks from artists based within and beyond Swiss ground - a project that has taken shape quite literally from all over the globe in more ways than one. Musically, it spans wide from ambient to experimental, noise, electro, breaks and techno - inviting you into an introspective, eerie kind of realm without losing the groove that pushes you right back out again. On a personal and collective level, it's been an intense year with a heavy dose of pain and suffering, Rumex leans into this melancholia, journeying between the light and the dark in what can only be explained as a sonic catharsis.
