Kawai R-50e is a late eighties Japanese drum machine, featuring cool slap-bass and synth sounds. With our Re-Kawai R-50e sample pack we tried to capture a spirit of this groovebox used in nuomerous tracks and movies at the time, while today it is still used mostly in Manga production.


We sampled all 40 distinctive sounds of this machine in 24bit, and not just that, also we have produced 64 full loops and 64 steams (kick, hats, claps, bass, stabs lines) that you can easily combine and produce new loops with our Ableton Live template.  Sounds of R-50e can be used in various genres, from techno, house and disco to electronica, industrial and pop music.



Beside Ableton Live project (also compatible with Lite and Intro) samples are provided as NI Kontakt  and Battery patches, as well as in WAV and REX format. Lo-Fi Drum Modules features no less than three machines that were commonly used in home studios in the 90's, and includes Akai XR-10, Boss DR-550, Roland SC-88 loops & one-shoots plus additional 51 melodic loop created using resynthesized sounds of these now old-school modules! So, beside 105 drum loops and 148 one-shoots you will find distorted basses, lively pads, background sounds and various FX (produced from drum hits), 3 NI Battery Kits as well as Ableton Live Set with all one-shoots to complete this collection of 3 beautiful early 90's instruments.

Every unit has a different sound compared to another one and we believe that they perfectly complement each other in our LDM pack. We started sampling with Akai XR-10 which is still a drum machine of choice of many house producers and it is praised for it's distinctive sound. It has been used in a new beat, synth pop, italo disco among other genres, but all 3 machines are useful in any genre.



Boss DR-550 also known as Dr. Rhythm is the ultra-compact drum module that carries a lot of 80's & 90's charm. Boss was always known for their quality so this cheap but capable machine, just like other featured modules, was at the time considered a steal for the price. Roland SC-88, created by Japanese manufacturer Roland and using sounds from their JV/XP series, is our third source of drums for this pack. First introduced in 1991, the Roland Sound Canvas series has long been the de-facto standard in General Sound modules.

We have enjoyed so much with a bit of nostalgia working with these machines again and we strongly believe that you will also find our samples to be useful source of inspiration and fun, no matter what kind of music you are planning to work on.

Orchestral Synthetics pack brings you a huge collection of orchestral loops and one-shots highly usable in different electronic and acoustic genres. Pack features various instruments, from basses, percussions, choirs to brasses, strings and woodwinds. All sounds were carefully played and programmed to get the big sound easily using just few of the elements. 

Many patches were made by combining different sounds and instruments and enriched with creative use of effects, and then played to get some non-standard sounding loops and one-shots. Our idea was to produce big melodies and catchy loops using classical sounds, then process and edit them to fit better in contemporary music production.

Beside 121 melodic one-shot we have included 199 loops featuring versions with tails, so you can easily make natural transitions in your tracks. Loops range from 2 to 8 bars.
