I wrote the word of this song in celebration of the 'so so good' functions of the body and also to honor the sacredness in the marriage of body and soul.  The idea that I am beautiful because I exist and so are you.

So So Good

I wrote this song about the importance of setting boundaries with the voices in one's head.  I wrote it one day when I felt like my negative self talk was overwhelming me.  I wrote the lyrics with the utmost respect for my "critical parts" who often are very loud.  I want to hear what they need to tell me, but I can only hear everyone if they speak one at a time.

In this song each "part" expresses their desire.  They all want different things and finding harmony at this point in the musical is anything but a piece of cake.
