"I'm not much of a gushy person but listen - I genuinely appreciate what Groovy Groovy stands for. I meet so many promoters and believe me not all raves are the same, when I first met Akanbi back in the day I knew he was a music music guy, and the party attracts music music people. 10 years is no joke! Had a wicked time running tunes, diving deeeeep into UK sounds, getting to grips with a modular dub siren(!), being a dick on the mic, respecting local licensing laws and meeting a load of ravers afterwards. Thanks again for the warm welcome and above all else the €10,000 DJ fee"

It was genuinely heartwarming to see so many friendly faces, both old and new.

Hearing people sing along to the MD series tracks was a real moment for me 🥰
