Born in Minas Gerais / Brazil, Gustavo Ruas had his first contact with electronic music around 1993 and for 15 years he had been participated in a course for DJ's at Black White Store.
Gustavo Ruas began his career as a DJ at 19 years old (2000), promoting and playing at parties in Minas Gerais.
Later he became a partner in "Gaia Music Brazil", an agency which produced indoor events in nightclubs in Belo Horizonte while he iniciated the project "Acid Shaker", playing Tech-House.
Performing mainly at parties like Rocket and Smile in Deputamadre Club.
He's been dedicated to the House and Deep-House styles and is also influenced by Disco-Music, the golden age of the Black Music of James Brown, Sugarhill Gang, Kurtis Blow and the like.
He's always in search of new musical trends and what is happening in the best clubs in the world.

Nascido em Belo Horizonte, Gustavo Ruas teve seu primeiro contato com a música eletrônica por volta de 1993 e aos 15 anos de idade participou de um curso para DJ's na loja Black White.
Gustavo Ruas iniciou sua carreira como DJ aos 19 anos de idade (ano 2000), promovendo e tocando em festas no interior de Minas Gerais.
Alguns anos depois como sócio na Agência "Gaia Music Brasil" produzindo vários eventos indoor em boates de Belo Horizonte e iniciou o projeto “Acid Shaker” tocando Tech-House, apresentando-se principalmente nas festas Rocket e Smile no Deputamadre. Hoje vem se dedicando ao House e Deep-House.
Também é influenciado pela Disco-Music, época de ouro da música e pelo som black de James Brown, Suggar Hill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Michael Jackson, Kool & The Gang, Chic, etc.
Está sempre em busca de novas tendências musicais e ao que se passa nos melhores clubes do mundo.
