The hero, convicted for refusing to accept the ideology of the new government, was doomed to fight one of the most bloodthirsty mutants, another product of underground government experiments aimed at creating new biological weapons.

The titanium door of the Arena's left entrance clanged upward - the monster, captive to the gravitational field, was thirsty for blood. The eight-legged insectoid, reminiscent of an ant and clad in a black chitinous shell, was drooling poisonous saliva, anticipating a brutal fight. Eno activated each of his implanted plasma cannons, launched his neural armor, and unsheathed his deatomizer sword. In a few seconds, the mutant and the soldier would clash in front of thousands of rapt spectators of the World Metropolis.
