DIVE INTO RUIN is an Australian alternative rock 4-piece with a tendency to genre hop.

MUSHROOM GIANT followed and set the bar high. It hadn’t been for a long time that this reviewer had watched a support act and suspected the main act could possibly be upstaged. Listening to MUSHROOM GIANT was like seeing a William Blake painting interpreted by MOGWAI, TRAVELLING FLOWER BAND and SWANS at their most recent. A vocalist of Cedric Bixler or Matt Bellamy’s ilk could perhaps take them that extra mile towards greatness. Nonetheless, MUSHROOM GIANT were at the very least on par with some of their better known contemporaries."
