Hiroki is Mark Rankin, who said this about his mix: "This is an ambient mix embodying my own experiences with grief and personal growth using sound collages and songs that are deeply personal to me. It's meant to evoke a cathartic response using ambient music, spoken word samples, and recontextualized familiar songs."

Mark is a DJ & producer from Toronto making electronic rhythms influenced by left-field dance music. He makes music with the intention to make you move your body and let go. Mark draws from those moments of tranquility and solitude in the morning after late nights by creating blissful ambient mixes to decompress the mind and body.

The Music Gallery is a centre for promoting and presenting innovation and experimentation in all forms of music, and for encouraging 
cross-pollination between genres, disciplines and audience. 

The Music Gallery is Toronto's Centre for Creative Music, founded in 1976 by Peter Anson and Al Mattes of the free-improvising group, CCMC. Since its inception, the Music Gallery has been a publicly assisted centre for the creation, development and performance of art music from all genres.  Since 2017 the Music Gallery's performance space has been located at 918 Bathurst St.
