Since 15 years Claude Spenlehauer plays baryton sax and power electronics in several underground and experimental noise bands (Myself, Micro_penis, Arnold&Monica) and this is his solo project. He plays with Sebastian Borgo (Sun Plexus, Ich Bin, L'Autopsie a révélé que la mort était due à l'Autopsie) , Lucien Schléèem (solo project, and Un peu fou !, Custard Pie,...) and CarlY (p-node). He toured with these bands in several countries as France, Switzerland, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic,... Also interested in ritual music, drone, noise, rock, and electroacoustic music...

Emerging from the weight of a collapsing intergalactic civilisation, Disaster Girl treks the universe exercising creative powers of biting-poetry, alt-music, super-movement and high-tech-visualisations to breakdown the hyper-industrial system.

Disaster Girl produces and mixes hard dance music and experimental sonic art often in collaboration with other poetic terrorists. She layers in spoken word, singing and harsh vocals from poetry, bizarre and counter-political texts. Through the manipulation of media using recent technological breakthroughs, Disaster Girl distorts the accepted stereotype of civilians. She dons military attire to hold hardware, and has advanced skills in digital visualisations including live VJ'ing, projection mapping and interactive displays.
