I've always been a fan of Marcel's DJ sets and was a regular follower of his show on Amsterdam’s Red Light Radio where he hosted some of my favourite DJs including Motor City Drum Ensemble, Hunee, Mendel and Rahaan. 

When he approached me about doing a guest mix I was absolutely thrilled to have him on board and this mix does not disappoint! Running at just over 2 hours, Marcel spins disco, funk, house & lots more and delivers some serious party vibes! 💃

This Friday we have the pleasure of welcoming Stephen Titmus to the controls.

Stephen is a London based DJ & collector who regularly plays at audiophile bars including Spiritland and Brilliant Corners. He’s well regarded in the music scene having held jobs at Shazam & RA amongst others, and in his spare time has written some great articles for RBMA and RA.

I’ve been following Stephen’s page for a while now and this dude knows his music! Check out his handwritten set lists and you’ll soon realise the depth and quality of his taste with everything from spiritual jazz, hiphop, neo-soul, dub reggae & disco!

Stephen has previously hosted feature nights at Spiritland showcasing the music of Erykah Badu, Roy Ayers and more. This time on the guest mix, Stephen has focussed on the legend that is Stevie Wonder featuring some of Stevie’s own music as well as some records he was involved in the writing or production. This is a real treat for soul, disco and Motown lovers!!
