It is time to evolve. This part of my journey towards music fulltime is where I regained the fire in my eyes. During my BS consultancy job burnout I had lost that powerful drive, and it felt like I had lost a part of myself. After deciding to listen to my heart and to chase my true purpose I started to regain my fire.

Evolve is where I felt again that I was inspired again, where I felt deeply motivated to conquer my musical world. The track is hard, in your face and uplifting. I hope it inspires you as it inspired me when making it.

Both the deep vocals and the singing were done by me. I have a pretty deep voice so pitching it down gave it that deep and driving sound.

Follow Your Heart is the destination of the album. The entire album gravitates towards this track, towards this point in my journey. It is the moment where I've finally made it and am able to generate enough income as a musician to do it fulltime. I am so incredibly grateful that this is my reality, but I am also incredibly proud. It takes hard work, years of grinding - but I fkn did it.

The album shows the depths through which I had to go in order to reach this point. I'm certain that I would never have made it here if it weren't for my 2 year burnout. Even though this was a living HELL, it tought me the most valuable lesson of all:

Follow your heart. That's all that matters.

I wrote this outro to give the journey of my album some closure. It was one hell of a ride, from the depths to the mountain top. It's a journey filled with reflection, inspiration, emotion and a lot of depth.

When I wrote this track it had a breakbeat drop at first. In the end I removed the drop, because it wasn't meant to make you dance. It's meant to take the listener at the end of this rollercoaster and put them back on the ground again - gently. Now it's time to take action, to start listening to your heart.

I did the vocals myself. It's three layers of onetakers. I tried to redo them many times, but I had the same issue as in "The Truth". When I wrote this track I felt that sht, I was one with the music. You can't fake that, you can't reproduce that.

I hope my album inspires you to chase your dreams and to make the world a better and more beautiful place because of it. I know that it's possible, and I know that deep down you already know that you want to change.

All it takes is having the guts to listen.
