A song that started as a love song for a wild spanish girl I met for 5 days and then she was gone. Like a wild angel... The strange thing is, that I wasn't sad! I was more happy and alive then ever before. I started playing and writing music again. And while playing it live I realized that it wasn't a lovesong for her. It was a lovesong about life. I never in love with her. I fell in love with life. She brought me back to life, back to music, when I needed it the most.

"Talking to the stars" is the lifestory if a girl I know. Touch me so much that I had to write a song about it. A few people turn out to be the most beautiful human beings even though all the odds are against them. This is a story about such and amazing person! 

Mikkel Lyneborg from the Medley Studios produced the song and really captured the raw energy and feel of the song.

I saw the movie, A Complete Unknown, about Bob Dylan's way in to the music scene and stumpled upon Joan Baez that way. Later that day I did an AI deep research about which classics haven't been covered and then she was number one on that list with Diamonds & Rust. On two different researches! So of course I had to do it! And when I learned the song I really got to love it and could really feel that endless love, she must have had for him. Such an sad love story.

Together with bassist Lukas Bøggild I played a mini concert at Blågårds Apotek, one of the coziest music spots in Copenhagen. We had an amazing night—even though I’m nursing a sore throat, the music flowed and the vibe was just right. Sometimes it’s those little intimate shows that remind you why you love doing this!

“What Have We Done” is a reflective, urgent ballad about our wounded planet—war, fires, floods, and the emptiness of consumerism. It asks whether it’s too late, yet holds onto hope: if we start now, together, we can help Mother Earth back on her feet.

Sometimes I wonder… what have we done to our home? 🌍 Fires, floods, wars – and still we keep repeating history. This song is a cry from the heart, a reminder that it might be too late… but maybe, just maybe, if we start now, we can still save her somehow.

“What Have We Done” is my song for Mother Earth. For the future. For the generations that come after us.
