The EP titled 'Unprotected Sax' includes three original house tunes and 2 remixes from Marc Branuer and Luca Olivotto.
The main 'Circle Line' is a smooth, groovy and relaxed house beat. 'My Feeling Can't Explain' gives instantly a positive vibe, very cheerful, house with piano chord stabs.

The third track of DJ MERCI journey is 'Ocean Drive' a slightly deeper cut but surrounded by a strong house groove. Besides the strong bass lines and solid grooves, all tracks on this EP are club-ready and made for satisfy the professional house DJ's needs."

Polycat is his latest single, releasing on Future Disco. The track hits you straight away with bright house chords before the booming four to the floor and sixteenth hats rattle you into the world of Ede. A percussive synth melody joins shortly before the choppy vocals complete the recipe of this disco banger with the hats wide open. More and more layers of melody and effect are added to the mix, but in true Ede fashion it stays clean and groovy. A grungy dancefloor hit describes this song best, appealing to house fans as well as disco.

Patapenka is a new disco-leaning alias from Minsk-based Uladzimir Patapenka, who has previously worked as LIPSKI. With 15 years music making experience under his belt including work as an Ableton Live instructor, he sure does know his way around a tune. He worked on these pieces over several months with vocalists, trumpeters and a cellist and as such they are layered tracks that work both in the club or at home. 'Children' is a warm and sunny one that transports you to a balmy Mediterranean coast line. 'First Dance With You' brings more jazzy vibes with Afro vocals and beautifully lush grooves while Latin feels dominate the slower sounds of 'La Playa'. 'What About This' is a blissed out and stirring instrumental with swooning strings and 'Canvas, Oil' shuts down with Rhodes laced funk. A sublime EP.
