Following up the excellent ‘Voda, -102C label manager The Cobb continues his ‘Elements’ series with the third installment entitled ‘Ogon’. Beginning in September with the excellent ‘Veter’, the ‘Elements’ series is a four release anthology whereby the The Cobb creates a track to represent one of the four elements alongside a remix from Dmitry Molosh. The release of ‘Voda’ notched the series’ second installment earlier this month with a predictably great response, and now ‘Ogon’ arrives with equal anticipation.

Continuing his organic ways, The Cobb once again crafts a memorable production in ‘Ogon’. From deep, misty beginnings the Russian artist creates an inviting atmosphere for chunky grooves and pixie-like themes to work their magic. Intriguing vocal elements soon appear, processed for maximum sensory stimulation and sitting nicely in the mix before giving way to a poignant string section. Timeless in style, the main break furthers the musical narrative with an array of luminous motifs and soulful phrasing, the latter of which continues to build and evolve across a wonderfully trippy yet musical finale.

One of the unique things about The Cobb’s ‘Elements’ series is we get to see a different side of Dmitry Molosh. The Belarus artist has explored an organic blueprint on these projects with great success and his remix of ‘Voda’ might be one of the year’s most touching tracks. On ‘Ogon’ Dmitry toughens up the framework with punchier beats and more distinctive percussive details. The funkiness of the groove translates well with thumping stabs delivering monumental bounce while the musical elements remain restrained and tasteful leading into the break. The vocal sits more prominently here, meandering amidst the touching strings and exotic drum arrangements, before eventually melting down to the vocal and a buoyant final act. A classy sounding production from Dmitry which completes the third installment of The Cobb’s ‘Elements’ series and perfectly setting the stage for the December release of ‘Zemlya’.

Hungarian born UK based progressive house artist, Jose Tabarez makes his debut on Just Movement with a very strong new progressive track called Agave. After a funky and energetic start the layers bring a groovy and warm melody which brings us to a beautiful break. The storytelling continuous after that and ends with a warm embrace which makes want to listen again. Such a clever and high quality production.
First remix by Dutch friend Jaap Ligthart , who returns to the label, is a surprisingly deep melodic version of Agave. Beautiful chords takes you to another universe and shows how good he is in using the core of an Original and turning it into a new dimension.
Last, but not the least contribution, is the anticipated debut of NOISYE PROJECT. Already famous for is high energetic productions, this one is no different. Amazing enegry with spacy elements turns this one into a cracker with a stunning long break which will lift the crowd up, for sure!
To round up, this EP contains three totally different progressive tunes as creativity by the involved artists is top noch and perfect to kick-off 2021.

PREMIERE Jose Tabarez - Agave (NOIYSE PROJECT Remix) [JUST MOVEMENT]

Zeus, is the 8th EP by Various Artist from Droid9 South America, which includes 4 original mixes of Progressive House and Melodic House and Techno. Made by great artists. Among them, Matias Ocaño, Patricio Mucchielli, Guido Klein, VA O.N.E. and Michael Kay.

"Gray", by Matias Ocaño the opening track of the EP, starts off by taking us on a pleasant journey with a harmonious mix and fine melodies. Progressive House listeners can appreciate the hypnotic sounds, accompanied by subtle percussions which will have us dancing from its inception. All these elements accompanied by a solid punch and a soft bass make it a perfect match for the listener. This track works very well in all types of clubs, whether to open the night or during a peak time during an extensive set.

"Social Distance" by Patricio Mucchielli and Guido Klein follows up with a dancefloor killer. Serene pads and strong kick drums with a subtle robotic synth keeps us moving, leaving us in a hypnotic state. As this progresses you can see how the track begins to prevail, which is accompanied by a very well defined bass line having us clinged to the floor. As it progresses, you can appreciate an exquisite harmonic mix, in which you can hear notes that generate a heavenly sensation when heard, but without losing their dark and hypnotic touch, which together with the melody invites us to let ourselves go. This combination results in a solid groove and an excellent track under any condition.

Traverse, fourth and last of this beautiful Various Artist by VA O.N.E. From the beginning you can see how the different melodies and pads begin to immerse us in this wonderful track. Formed by melodies with dark tints and with changing notes, together with a powerful bass which is combined with the percussive elements and a well marked hit makes its groove unique. If it is about hypnotizing the public without a doubt this track is the one we should choose.

Michael Kay's, "Rolling", invites us to enter the darkness of this creation from the get go. With an imposing bass line and a powerful kick drum combined with the other elements generates a particular groove. In addition, it is accompanied by very fine melodies that oscillate between light and dark, along with pads that create a pleasant sensation. Without a doubt, it is a track that can be played at any time during a set.

"Poseidon", the eighth EP of Droid9 South America, includes 4 original mixes of Progressive House and Melodic house and techno. Made by well-established artists, including J Lannutti from Buenos Aires (Argentina), Agustin Pietrocola from Tandil (Argentina), Samugo from Innsbruck (Austria) and Tekzee from Senglea (Malta)

J Lannutti's creation invites us to move on the dancefloor thanks to well balanced percussions, accompanied by solid kick drums and bass, generating an excellent groove. As it progresses you can see how the harmonies and melodies, with soft and charming notes begin to sound with heavenly. The track evolves as we take part on a progressive journey. The anthemic melody is undoubtedly a peak time track meant for festivals.


Sensations, by Agustin Pietrocola, begins with a hypnotic bass in which the percussions stands out and accompanies us as it progresses. Dark melodies appear, layered with well-fused vocals that keep us hypnotized over time. With a powerful, dark and aggressive groove, this creation invites us to move non-stop.

Astral by Samugo, forms a solid kick and a subtle bass which keeps us moving on the dance floor. Accompanied by well solidified drums, layered over pads and its heavenly melodies, immerse the listener in a state of joy, welcoming us to paradise. Without a doubt a trip to the deepest part of the universe

The Afterlife by Tekzee closes out the release with a dark, aggressive and hypnotic vibe taking us on a melodic journey. With ethnic elements, accompanied by housey grooves, thumping drums and bass keeps us clinging to the ground. He manages to create hypnotic groove that will have us in a trance throughout the track
