I grew up listening to the radio or better said, the radio grew me musically, infected me with a visceral need to select the music I loved and tape it on cassettes. At the crossroads of techno, EBM, and prog, YU's music pushes the boundaries of modernity while cultivating a certain nostalgia for the '80s, both in sound and ambiance.
