The Obsculon EP is produced under the skillful charge of Spookyfish, an artist born in Cairo,  currently based in Toronto. In four original tracks and two remixes, one by DSRPTV and the 2nd by L_cio (DOC Records) and Bica (Teto Preto), Obsculon launches us in a three-dimensional sound crossing, mixing analog and digital, organic and synthetic in a dense, atmospheric and distinctive architecture of tibres. Spookyfish architects in this release a heterogeneous and profound musical narrative, filling the idea of ​​storytelling with life: jumping on the springboard of the imaginary simply by listening to a good story.

The underground is unexplored, odd and uncommon. Bellow, expectators look for a shared and sensible understanding on music. A counter-cultural alternative, a marginal lens for you to look through. Between the organic and the digital, granulation, glitches and unexpected beats are the complexity that drives our minds and bodies.

Spookyfish is the project of multi-instrumentalist Dani Ramez. With roots in ambient and downtempo, her productions showcase her skills in audio manipulation and musicality, blending obscure electronic sounds with the familiarity of acoustic instruments. She covers a range of genres but has recently focused on pushing boundaries within the realm of dance music.

In its 8th release dsrptv rec welcomes the producer and musician from Santa Catarina Kika Deeke. The artist brings her characteristic identity between organic and synthetic to the Céu Aberto EP release. Featuring two original tracks, “Céu Aberto” and “Água Salgada”, the first one with Inácio on vocals, the piece also features two remixes signed by Cauana and another by the label itself.
The salty breeze evaporates through the sun heat and carries a soft and harmonic freshness. Céu Aberto prints solar and vivid textures to the sound of Inácio's welcoming voice, leading the verses along with the artist's organic timbres and arrangements.
For “Água Salgada”, Kika builds a soft and summertime atmosphere in a multi-sensory experience connecting textures that echo between the movement of the sea and the sound of birds, presenting analog instruments that illustrate the feeling of a warm evening.
For the remixes, Cauana brings the essence of “Céu Aberto” in a dark, enigmatic and experimental atmosphere. In the dsrptv rec version of “Céu Aberto”, the label bets on a percussive instrumental reinterpretation guided by the drum groove that surrounds the dancing atmosphere of the original song

In “Patches” [DSRPTV011], Nørus proposes a meticulous and plural work formulated by 4 tracks. 

The first, Patches, same name as the album, starts the release and the journey through Drum ‘n’ Bass in a Lo-fi vibe. In “Desires”, second track, the bass leads the song merging Indie Dance and synthpop features — leading to brief musical 80's comeback. Both tracks deliver the delicate vocal of Nora Bago. 

The third track, “Polygonal”, explores contemporary breakbeats aspects and an ambience that refers to the nostalgic 90’s games — creating a technological-futuristic atmosphere.

Kronikos Pt. 1 was released on Good Skills in summer of 2021 and was well received by weird electronica fans across the globe. Things really kicked off for Karolis after this. It’s time for world to hear the second part of this mysterious debut release, described by author as 'world news show, where each song represents a different story'.
“Atomik Bomb” is a testament of Shkema’s German skills. Title of the track, written and produced in 2018, sounds a little risky considering nowadays geopolitical context, but rules are simple - you can’t take a lyric out of a track. Some serious bass line action here, you must check it out.
“Singapūras” is a tribute to the country Shkema has never been to. Massive flute solo, wonderful percussion section and a dream to go there one day.
Disco Mortale (previously known as Daniel Monaco) delivered an Italian bass slapping boogie version of “Atomik Bomb”. Proper 80s vibe, perfect for a ride in Miami, driving a red Testarossa.
Last but not least in the saga of “Kronikos” is a refix from Mexican duo Theus Mago & Moisees. These guys know what they are doing, this track is perfect for times when dance floor needs some fresh energy.

For Penrose Records 6th release we joyfully welcome fellow Madrid denizen Azaria. His debut ep for the label is a powerful 4 tracker followed by a Massimiliano Pagliara remix.
A long time Dj, producer and sound engineer Azaria has been building a solid reputation for releasing underground beats on labels like La Belle, Rotten City, Roam or Nein to name a few.
Here we have another example of his studio crafts and wide sonic palette: From the hypnotic and eurobeat flavoured “At The Gates” to the intricate and psychedelic “Time Waits No Man”. From the euphoric detroit influenced pads of “Upside Down” to the dark, sleazy and mechanical groove of “Do Or Die”.
Berghain/Panorama Bar resident Massimiliano Pagliara gives the original “At The Gates” a fantastic cosmic disco retouch.

‘Advanced Process’ presents itself as a distinguished LP, oozing with Marcello Giordani’s innate talent to evolve the classic Italo Disco sound into consistently ear catching productions of the future. 
With a warm welcome from the shimmering synths of ‘Morning News’ and a defined, driving bassline, you know you are safely sitting in Giordani’s passenger seat. 
Crisp, analog drum machines and glistening synthwork are a constant. 
Giordani captivates you with compelling arrangements and considered hints to electro in the likes of ‘Metamorphosis’. Powerful vocals from Fred Ventura and Ready In LED feature on the two alluring singles ‘Mysterious Calls (In The Night)’ and ‘Fase Rem’. Encapsulating, intelligent acid work is heard in ‘Forbidden Pleasures’. Marcello’s clear love for analogue authenticity is at the forefront of this LP. 
Delicately positioned arrangements and intelligent melodic pay offs in tracks like ‘Terza Classe’ are a plenty. A seasoned knowledge and intuition of the nature of the nightclub is apparent with the energy sustained throughout ‘Advanced Process’. A beautiful melt of golden era Italo Disco and Detroit Techno is heard in the sweltering melodic brilliance of ‘Via Mecenate’. 
The title track is an immersive journey preparing you for the final side of the LP. Sizzling keys and pulsating basslines drive this record making it hard to lower the volume. The dazzling, ethereal chimes of the final track ‘Aperitivo In Gracia’ are enticing and filled with picturesque mediterranean imagery. Being no stranger to the inner workings of a packed out dancefloor Marcello Giordani delivers an immense, infectious LP. ‘Advanced Process’ truly lives up to its fitting title.

Golden Kong transcends dancefloor music to new heights, exploring diverse styles from Neo Rave to Lo-fi House and Baile Funk. And this is evident in the construction of his newest EP, "TD-N55," featuring three tracks dialoguing key elements of Electro, Techno, and Baile Funk.

An atmospheric ambient intro sets the mood for the track "Automatic Defense Procedures," which follows with a powerful and intense Breakbeat drop. The track is a true ode to old school warehouse raves.Next is the title track, "TD-N55", the producer speaks to the different references that have marked his path in music so far with a straight foward nonstop dance track. 

To close the EP he brings "Afrofuturism", a top-notch connection between Baile Funk, EBM, and Electro, with a fast and deadly bass line, inspired by future technologies. Golden Kong's EP brings a darker yet energetic interaction between the artist and the listener, showing his ability to work with different genres while still keeping his own style of producing with groovy synths and unexpected samples
