cccore is one of the core members of Garage Noord, a club in the north of Amsterdam. A space that has been a welcome home for many of us within the leftfield musical territory.

“hoja de ruta” is an exercise to make visible the musical languages of the serial, deep and infinite digging practice. The first episode starts in 1994 in Japan, it was almost impossible to leave the island.

This show as a binnacle allows to register and diagram the process of research over time. Identifying patterns, trends and interconnection between actors as well as the possibility of retrospective analysis. Understanding these relationships help to solidify and restructure our knowledge, interests and obsessions, often perceived as isolated, floating or capricious, and internalize them as part of the same aesthetic search, guiding the next steps to future affinities.

The starting point is a random input, that awakes the curiosity and necessity to know more. A song, album or artist, that derivates into infinite multiple tabs, and each one enables a path; either linear, parallel or transversal to the last previous point. The end of the journey will trace a new sound universe, a personal and unrepeatable map that simulates the possibility of a closed circuit. The end doesn't exist, but this exercise facilitates the navigation...

On Saturday 15th July we're teaming up with Leicester-based vinyl emporium @outofjointrecords to host a record fair at Brixton Brewery Tap Room in South London. Join us for New & Used Records, Cassettes and Clothing from some of the best labels around including The Trilogy Tapes, Good Morning Tapes, Natural Sciences, Tresor and many more. 

Brixton Brewery Record Fair opens at 13:00 and ends at 19:00. After that Antepop and OOJ residents Ben and Coops will be on the decks playing extended blends of the finest electronic music, deep house, dub, reggae and experimental music. Music ends at 23:00.
