JorDee: DJ/Producer, Ukraine.

In 2016 JorDee, real name Giorgiy, moved to Asia in search of a new creative platform, with burgeoning interests in the region.

For two years he travelled the country, playing at all of the best locations in Southern China (Guangzhou, Chonqing, Shanghai, Shenzen), from the hottest underground spots to huge dancefloors.

This formative period, packed with new creative and life experiences, gave birth to his own radio show: 'Never Be Normal', which has aired on Threads Radio UK since 2020.

More recently, JorDee has supported popular artists at home, including Andrey Djackonda (Moldova), Cape Cod (Ukraine) and DJ W!LD (France).

In his podcasts and performances, JorDee delicately weaves through the Minimal House spectrum, confidently splicing tried and tested old school beats with fresher cuts.

As of 2020, JorDee was building a reputation as a producer who favours complex percussion and deeper grooves, drawing fans from all over the world to the dancefloor.

Since 2020 his music has been released on a range of international labels, including:

Ipsum Records Ltd. (Colombia)
Acidchicken Records (Hong Kong).

At the start of 2021 JorDee pushed out the debut release of his own label 'Never Be Normal', entitled 'The Art of Giving'. This drew listeners from across the globe and is still being played in locations such as Sydney.

JorDee has now returned to clubs with a live improv performance, employing plants, fruits, vegetables and even human bodies to transmit current.

In May of this year he also marked a release on Australian label 'Midnight Social Recordings'.

Then, on the first Friday of summer he released the latest of his 'Never Be Normal' series, called 'Against the Virus', in collaboration with artists Archer Hubart and Dima Sazonov. The release is available for free download on all digital platforms.

FINNEST brings us a new release, "ITS TOO LATE" by Mesquitas & Danny (AT), in its third reference, second of its "Underground Series" division, it is an original cut accompanied by a remix by the talented Philipp Lichtblau. The Original cut is an obvious example of the quality that Rafa and Danny have accustomed us to, very elegant deep house with a super sensual vocal and a subtle rhythm perfect for heating up the club floor at the beginning of the night. In the remix we have Philipp, who after having signed on labels like HedZup or Rendr presents us with a more minimalist version of It's Too Late, with a deeper bassline, a more extended dynamic and a happy groove that makes you move your foot uncontrollably and inevitably. Without a doubt, this maxi is a piece worthy of collecting.
