Scott Fraser, who for years was one of the unsung heroes of the UK underground. After 30 years in music, he gradually he rose to the top. Today, he is one of the most respected figures in the global underground. With knowledge and taste spanning genres and decades, he’s a fierce DJ demonstrating skill, passion and understanding of the dancefloor. As a producer, he is responsible for some of the deepest cuts on Relish, Bird Scarer Records and Crimes of the Future. We are truly happy to have Scott as a part of the Flaoting Bastard Day at Mutant Radio;

Orpheu the Wizard, who is a big inspiration to us as a cofounder of the sadly missed Amsterdam’s Red Light Radio and as an in-house designer for Dekmantel crew. Above all, we love his record collection and his unconventional approach to DJing. He never fails to surprise! Orpheu dug deep into his crates, you are in for a treat!;

Jeroen 3024, AKA Jeroen Erosie, a very unique and prolific contemporary artist. He’s one of the most talented graffiti artists and one of the most original designers working in the music industry today. However, his love of music is not only reflected in his art and designs, today you can hear him playing music. Needless to say, we are excited to have him.

Fantastic Twins, AKA Julienne Dessangne. In recent years, the Berlin-based French producer has gained a serious reputation as one of the most exciting live acts in modern electronic music. With releases on Optimo, Hippie Dance, Kompakt and her own Microdosing label, she has demonstrated originality. Yet, she is deeply rooted in the history of alternative music, not only techno but avant-garde, psychedelia, punk, new wave etc. We are very excited to have her with us at Mutant Radio for the Floating Bastard Day;

Jonnie Wilkens, a star and he’s seen it all. Alongside JD Twitch, he is one half of Optimo. Over the past 20 years, from the early days in Glasgow’s Sub Club, to the biggest festivals and clubs all over the world, he managed to avoid the pitfalls of the global music industry and continues to champion the most exciting underground dance music. We are super happy to have a proper legend with us today.

BSS, AKA Bessmunt Soundsystem is the musical alias of Luidi Vittorio Jansen. Hailing from Amsterdam, BSS quickly established himself as a touring DJ blending exotica, electro and Balearic sounds. BSS is not the slave of high tempo tunes, he takes his time and lulls you with mid-tempo numbers until it’s time for a bang! We are glad to have him at Mutant Radio, as a part of the Floating Bastard Day!

50 Grass, AKA Jakov Ponjavic, the good spirits of Belgrade. Designer by trade, Jakov has been present at the Serbian scene for years as a DJ and promoter (most notably of hugely popular hip hop parties organized by collective Vatra!). However, Jakov’s taste goes beyond hip hop and he is pretty unpredictable… but always fun.

Nevena Jeremic, one of the most exciting younger DJs to come out of Belgrade in recent years. She is firmly dedicated to rocking the party when she is playing in clubs. However, Nevena has a great, broad taste and adventures musical mind, as you can hear in her recorded mixes. Recently, she moved to Barcelona and she’s starting to make an impact on that scene too. You are going to hear more about this girl in the years to come. We are welcoming Nevena to Mutant Radio.

Esa, who considered as an ambassador of South African music scene in Europe. He is operating from London but he also feels at home in Glasgow’s Sub Club. He is also known for his courses in electronic music that he offered in Cuba, Brazil and all over Africa. His knowledge is deep and his music is exciting and fresh. We feel truly privileged to have this Renaissance man with us.

Filio, a music lover, spinning occasionally. One part of @deeport.djs collective, based in Podgorica, Montenegro. The legend goes that his life changed when he got Roland TR-808 from his aunt in London when he was 8 years old. Since then, he produced only a couple of tracks and heard about 2 million records in search of inspiration.

Tommy is the masters of keys. Over his long career, he worked with an incredible number of legendary artists, including: The Clash, Todd Rundgren, B-52s, Violent Femmes, The Ramones, Tina Turner, Mark Ronson, Dire Straits and Bryan Adams. Jokingly, Tommy describes his personal style as “corporate ambient”. We think that magic is a more fitting description! In this takeover, Tommy is playing piano himself, for your listening pleasure.
