DSS 048 is presented to you by @mod21. Manuele Chiaravalloti is an Italian born Swiss based producer/sound artist/DJ/label owner/photographer. After years of research he released his two debut records on Prologue. Labels as @semantica-records, @mentalmodern and his own imprint followed soon after. 

His visual art and music emerges from a rich imagination which flows into deep and dark sounds and images. For DSS Manuele made a composition full of these profound drone and ambient tracks, almost fully kickless.

Doctrina Natura is a rising talent within the hypnotic techno scene, and had notable releases on forward thinking labels such as Alexander, Secuencias Temporales, Circular Limited, Kvltö Records, aswell as killer remixes appearing on Oslated, Different Exhibition, Aarden, Cinus and many more.

This mix is a beautiful representation of his sound, a melancholic, textural journey, driven by deep, hypnotic rhythms and floating in blissed out space.

E L A is an argentinian Dj from Buenos Aires based in Milan, Italy.
She began her career as a DJ in 2011 when she was working in a club in Córdoba, (Argentina) that two years later when she returned to Buenos Aires her hometown led her to study a career as a DJ-producer at "Arjaus" Electronic Music School.

E L A is a blend of slow techno captured with ambient soundscapes and subtle rhythms full of surprising change. The psychedelic nuances of its selection create constantly fresh atmospheres. Its sounds are delicately hypnotic, engaging rhythms, and timely transitions.

Dash is a Prague-based DJ and expert in setting deep and hypnotic mood on the dancefloor. Her music is inspired by tribal, natural and shamanic elements. Besides her unique DJ expressions, she is also developing her own sound by starting to play hybrid live sets using other components, such as kalimba. With her calm style she is guiding through groovy experimental techno, minimal and ambient.

The term Lāsya, in the context of Hindu mythology, describes the dance performed by Goddess Parvati as it expresses love, care, happiness and is filled with grace and beauty. The Lāsya was the second phase of creation, in response to Shiva's Tandava dance that gave birth to the Universe. It combined to form the triad, "laya", "pralaya" & “shunya” - the cyclic motion of things from resonance to dissolution, from stillness to movement, from sound to silence, and such represents the dialectical "being-nonbeing-becoming". In a literal sense, Lāsya means softer, it is the divine feminine nature in all of us which manifests as beauty, happiness, enchanting, and grace.
We may be silenced by law, but our nature is movement. ~ We are joining together on this dance, 11 by number, for a 13h of exclusive live stream takeover on 9128.live.

Emika Elena is a Berlin based DJ/producer and founder of @emikaelenahml.

Music has always been a huge part of her life, ever since she started playing piano in her family home at the age of 4, but it was the discovery of techno in her early teens that led her to become a DJ.
Her trademark sound is often described as "hypnotic darkness" which intersects expressions of ambient, experimental, and techno in her mixes.

She is breaking out of standards and creating a new feeling of deepness and true creativity. You can hear her authenticity carrying you to the spheres of your inner soul.
