Across five intimate tracks, the record explores guilt, distance, identity, longing, and the slow unraveling of relationships that don’t explode, but erode.

Built on minimal beats, nocturnal synths, restrained guitars and close, confessional vocals, Heart lives in the in-between:
between love and betrayal, belonging and exile, truth and avoidance, memory and loss.

This is not an album about villains or heroes.
It’s about ordinary people making complicated choices — and learning to sit with the consequences.

Each song captures a different fracture of the same emotional core: the need to be seen, the fear of honesty, and the quiet ache of knowing something has already changed.
