From Canada, Reigamortis is not an outsider, he's been around for some time and his intentions are clear. We teased him when making an appearance in Split's Dreamcatcher LP last year, today he's on the forefront with his debut LP "Crawler" on Iron Shirt Recordings. 

This is a serious piece, a ten tracker progression from the "Mild Drugs" to the more deranged and demented side of "Evocation". Reigamortis likes it simple, clean. We are captivated by his accurate percussion patterns, confined in deep and dark surroundings. Continuously refining his musical distinction, "Crawler" is the fruit of combining patience, rigorousness and determination. "Drip" fiercely arranges the mood for the following tracks, malicious hyptnotic flows rising and awakening your auditory sensors. Crawling in with infusions of their own, Digital Monk and Internal Frequency distrubs the natural constancy of the scenary. This is another one for the books !

In South African English, the word "muti" is used to refer to all sorts of herbal medicine. It is derived from the Zulu/Xhosa word umuthi, meaning "tree," whose root is -thi. In Southern Africa, "muti" and cognates of umuthi are in widespread use in most indigenous African languages as well as in South African English and Afrikaans, which sometimes use "muti" as a slang word for medicine in general, or even as a term for 'good luck'.
