Initially inspired by the deconstructed club trend, over time she has turned to more "club" sounds. DJ, organiser and promoter. A co-head of Wodawater (@wodawater) label. Currently residing between Krakow and Bucharest. Szpitalna 1 resident. He cocurated WODA and Entrance events hosting such artists as Alienata, Tasha, Laksa, Poly Chain, Morah, Jana Woodstock, Celestial Trax, VTSS or Nastya Muravyova. A DIY spirit who feels odd in clean clubs. He grew up in the underground belly of Kraków’s Święta Krowa, at infamous Brutaż parties, where he had a chance to perform, and at Unsound festival where he took care of artists. During the pandemic, he was involved in a local community self-help project called Pop Up Radio, which kept the local club scene alive by hosting online events for local artists, and turned into a multidisciplinary, socially committed endeavour. When digging for new music, he takes pleasure in tracking freaks of nature, rarae aves, swan songs and albino dolphins. While full of twists and turns, his selection bears a strong reference to the off-beat side of techno, being present in his mixes as a landmark.

His adventure with music began in his early childhood. Once a founder of a hardcore punk band and an organizer of metal events, he is now searching for ways to express himself as a live performer, producer, and DJ. He is also a co-founder of Hydra Collective and a resident of Obiekt and Dom Technika clubs. His sets are stories filled with emotions and energy, representing a rebellious soul and an open mind to a wide spectrum of electronic music genres. In his selection and production, you can hear inspirations from many styles, ranging from trance, through groove, and ending with schranz, acid, or industrial techno. Currently, he is focused on developing his skills as a live performer in the hard groove techno style, which reflects his inner experiences and is a way of expressing his emotions.

Originaria de la pequeña ciudad de Ganja, Azerbaiyán, el viaje musical de Tasha Safari se convirtió en una vibrante exploración de la cultura azerbaiyana. Al crecer en una nación reconocida por combinar influencias orientales y occidentales, se sumergió en un paisaje sonoro diverso, que iba desde la música tradicional azerbaiyana hasta los ecos del rock psicodélico y el post-punk, perfectamente entretejidos con los ritmos de los instrumentos populares y las emotivas melodías del mugham.

Envuelta por ritmos y sonidos rompedores desde temprana edad, Tasha Safari demostró una aptitud natural para la música. Su fascinación por los instrumentos electrónicos y una sed insaciable de ritmo y melodía la llevaron a experimentar con sintetizadores y cajas de ritmos.

Enveloped by beats and groundbreaking sounds from an early age, Tasha Safari showcased a natural aptitude for music. Her fascination with electronic instruments and an insatiable thirst for rhythm and melody led her to experiment with synthesizers and drum machines.

As she launched her DJ career, Tasha Safari initially delved into hip-hop, effortlessly merging it with electronic music. In her pursuit of a distinctive sound, she continuously experimented with different music genres.

Her sets are characterized by hypnotic and groovy rhythms, expertly weaving together diverse subgenres of techno, guiding audiences through an exploration of the electronic sonic landscape.

Over the years, Tasha has graced numerous venues across Europe and CIS countries, collaborating with artists globally, enriching her sonic palette. A recent collaboration to watch out for is the upcoming 2024 release of "Bel Fort & Tasha Safari: Disorder EP.
