On the Verge of Colour is an album about the struggles and eventual overcoming of writer’s block and self-doubt. With each new day of silence, the inevitable self-doubt begins to creep in. But somewhere in the fog, small fragments start to appear - a chord progression that feels familiar, a dusty drum loop that carries warmth, a late-night walk through the colourful neon-filled streets of Korea. Slowly, the greyness begins to fade, and colour starts to return.
