Quite Buttery (Feat. MF DOOM) By Count Bass D

The real reasons Endurance sank—study finds Shackleton knew of ship's shortcomings.  When I was younger, my fascination with ancient ships turns out to be hereditary.  My ancestors were ships captains, whalers and carpenters on these great seafaring exploring vessels!  

Verse 1
In the frozen south, the daylight fades,
A ship set sail through ice and pain.
Built to last, they proudly said,
Yet cracks ran deep beneath her name.
Deck beams thin, the frame too wide,
No bracing strong, no steel aligned;
The flaws were there, the truth denied,
Before the cold could claim her spine.

Shackleton knew, he wrote it down,
A warning sent, a quiet doubt.
