La communauté GAPPA surveille et agit sur notre environnement informationnel et communicationnel pour y détecter les mensonges, faussetés, sophismes, paralogismes et autres instances de propagande.

La projet GAPPA se veut un effort concerté et collaboratif pour rétablir les faits et la vérité. Sa structure est décentralisée et non-hiérarchique; son esprit, libre et non partisan.
