MGYM 3 intro: This edition comes from a London-born lad with music in his blood literally. A friend from a musical family, in fact, his parents helped me produce some recording projects with their band in sound engineering college over 20 years ago.  Rory has always had an ear for good music and this edition is beautifully put together with very uplifting choices throughout both playlists.  Part 1 is more chill out and laid back and part 2 is more of a lively selection.
