Also known as YC, Yung Carter relates his pain, exposures, and often his relationships in his creative works. He represents the area’s he shifted through as he matured and grew. Active since early 2018, the rapper born Marquise Carter made his first appearance on his single “LUVU2DEATH”. The following years to come, YC would release “Flooded Minds” , a creative inside into Yung Carter’s mind in early 2020. Being from New Jersey, a state not often heard about, Yung Carter wanted to create a sound that would later become noticed by “Hiphop Magazine” as well as “Artist PR”. Keeping his head down and avoiding the temptations of the road life he went into 2020 strong with even more regular releases via Soundcloud and claimed the 1st place price on the BATTL BEATS & LYRICAL ASSASSINS December cypher, further proving his worth as a highly skilled yet unique MC.
