Cloud consists of 5 guys and are an alternative rock band, who formed September 2011 at Trøndertun Folkehøgskole in Norway. Their music is mainly rock/altrock, but includes elements from different genres that interest them. Trying to make the music aesthetically pleasing to the band and audience, they focus their energy on creating soundscapes: experimenting using different sounds and musical elements. In the year that they've existed they have won the Demotape-Contest 2011, made a music video, been on a Norwegian tour and played at the Slottsfjell Festival, one of Norways biggest. They are now located in Liverpool and are attending uni for their BA degrees in Music.

Elliott Rice, better known as "E-Rice", is an American record producer and media entrepreneur who was born-&-raised in Oakland, CA.

Age 16 [2007]: Rice began taking a high school beat-making class (Reason 4) at Oakland Tech.

Age 17 [2008]: Rice opened his own recording studio & began exclusively producing tracks for Rayven Justice. In August, Rice enrolled to San Jose State University, pursuing a major in Aviation and a minor in Music.

Age 18 [2009]: Rice began uploading his instrumentals on SoundClick.com[1], a music-based community that allows artists to promote, stream, and even sell their songs. In March, Rice rose to the #7 top-viewed producer on SoundClick. As Rice's musical aspirations grew, he decided to transfer to Ex'pression College for Digital Arts and pursue a Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science in Sound Arts. Age 19 [2010]: This was the year Rice began embracing the "production" aspect of music. He assembled a roster of five young artists [Matt Stone, TV, Dick Boston, AC, Sabein, Rayven Justice] and took the executive producer position, almost completing a compilation album for his label before the group split. Age 20 [2011]: Looking for a way to bounce back into the spotlight, Rice began his new label: "Dungeon Records". The label consisted of three artists: Matt Stone / L-Boogie / Capo. While working on three separate solo albums, only two were able to be completed before another untimely split. [Additional Credits: J. Stalin, Laroo]

Age 21: [2012]: With a 4-year Bachelor Degree of Science under his belt, Rice took the position of Music Program Coordinator at Oakland Tech HS. ..TBC..
