Montreal artist @Kora-musique takes the next steps for recently launched New York label Earthly Delights, an imprint centred on spotlighting talents pushing the boundaries of electronic blends. The Canadian producer and DJ picks up the mantle from Yor Kultura, who provided the labels first release in a three tracker titled 'Odyssey'. Kora comes to the label after the well received 'Nuit D'Afrique' and 'Ovo' on Kindisch in November. He treats Earthly Delights to two original cuts in 'Fragile' and 'Vayu'. The pair have already seen much support  from the likes of Acid Pauli, Hernan Cattaneo, Oliver Schories, as well as heavy rotation on the playa. White Ocean founder Timujin supplies the remix action, reworking his own top notch version of 'Fragile'. Today, we're very excited to present to you in full premiere 'Fragile' in its original mix. This is an incredibly emotive cut, which fuses two distant worlds in one exquisite concoction. Over the years me and Thomas have become great friends as we click on so many levels and share the same taste in dark, melancholic and emotional music. I have been a big fan of Thomas' music for many years and i am still a great supporter of his productions today so obviously i am honored to release his music on my label again.
On these 2 tracks Thomas has recorded 2 authentic and raw tracks with a no holding back, zero bulls*** attitude. You can hear the "no formular" approach on both and i love that. We had an honest and creative back and forth A&R process on both tracks before and after testing them in the clubs and this has given both a unique and fresh techno sound.

Manchester based Transcode has made some waves in the scene with his quality output on labels like Stil vor Talent. Filth on Acid is very happy to welcome this unique artist to the label, with three great originals on his Afterlife EP. Next to that, Whyt Noyz from Richie Hawtin’s Minus stable delivers an outstanding remix.

Afterlife starts off with a dreamy, subtle atmosphere, and some fantastic programmed synths and arpeggios. These elements are contrasted when the beat comes in; powerful and straightforward. The little melodic percussive elements work in perfect harmony with the melodies and keep on driving the track. The long breakdown in the middle of the track is mind blowing and a real crowd pleaser. A level work by Transcode.

Whyt Noyz manages to squeeze the synth lines of the original into a remarkably tight groove. Razor sharp hi-hats and a solid kick and bass drive the track on through airy and trippy effects. Slowly the arpeggio unfolds from the groove and leads us into the breakdown, where feeling of the original track perfectly complements the hypnotic vibe of Whyt Noyz grooves.

The third track of the EP, Vesta, illustrates Transcode’s ability to write very strong and beautiful melodies, with almost a relaxed feeling, without slowing the track as a whole down to much. There’s still plenty of energy here, and as Vesta develops, the energy level increases in a subtle way too.

Night Vision closes of the EP in style, introducing acidy elements and colossal sound design that stimulates the imagination of the listener. A heavy bass drum and a steady, punishing drum section combined with an eerie, dangerous atmosphere create a tasty atmosphere.

My Other Side of the Moon's November release is a very special one. To begin with, "Desert" is a first of its kind: an afro-house pearl, both melodic and rhythmic, harmonious and balanced, it will conquer tastemakers from many genres. The original mix is a synthesis of these qualities, coming from the hands, minds and hearts of Davide Ferrario and Dalai, bright musicians. Second, it is special because it summoned all our favorite artists from My Other Side of the Moon and beyond. The afro-king Enoo Napa happily offered us an energetic pure afro-house interpretation you would want to hear in every club you step into. Rhythm "a la Enoo Napa"  is dominant, while the harmony builds up and the break takes the breath away. While the inconfundible voice of Dalai is a constant, Neil Amarey and Breeze and The Sun's remix give Desert their passionate touch, with some delightful guitar melodies and a light afro flair.
