Kymber Lovett-Menkiti first set out to be a social worker, holding a BA from James Madison University and a Masters from Bryn Mawr College in that field. After finishing her education in 2004 and working as a high school counselor, she entered real estate in 2007, joining her husband who had opened the first Keller Williams in Washington, D.C. three years prior.

She currently serves as both president of Keller Williams Capital Properties and regional director of the Maryland/DC area for the national Keller Williams brand. The first black woman to hold the role, she oversees 4,500-plus agents throughout the region. An advocate for women taking on leadership roles in the industry, she will also serve as the 2023 Broker Relations Liaison for the National Association of REALTORSⓇ.

An economist specializing in real estate market analysis, Matthew Gardner has 28 years of experience in the US and UK. First retained as an economist at Windermere in 2000, he was promoted to chief economist in 2015. On top of his professional duties, he sits on the Washington State Governor's Council of Economic Advisors. He is also active in academia at the University of Washington, where he serves as a lecturer, chairs the Board of Trustees at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research, and is an Advisory Board Member at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.

It's not just students who enjoy Gardner's analysis. He is one of the economists who provide data for Zillow and Reuters' respective home price surveys. He also writes quarterly market reports and produces monthly videos on his social media for professionals and consumers to enjoy. 

He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Oxford University and a graduate degree in Econometrics from the London School of Economics. He lives in Windermere's hometown of Seattle, Washington.

Dan Weisman credits his career path with witnessing the construction of a 70-story building while visiting the windy city during his sophomore year of college. An alum of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Weisman graduated in 2006 with a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Economics. He then served as a project manager for local construction firms Tri-North Builders (2005 to 2009) and J.H. Findorff & Son Inc (2009 to 2014) while completing an MBA at his undergraduate alma mater from 2008 to 2011. He moved to Chicago in 2014 and then from commercial construction to residential real estate in 2019, when he joined the National Association of REALTORS® in his current role as its director of emerging technology.
