Having been brought up in a home where music was a strong influence, maybe it was nurture rather than nature that makes Joey live for House Music.

Funk, Soul, Motown and Disco were the sounds that Joey was exposed to as a child and from a young age his passion for music soon evolved. Having been introduced to electronic music by his older brother, House Music was instantaneoulsy captured by his soul.

At the age 15 Joey Martinez gratefully received a pair of turntables, a Numark 2 channel mixer and some standard headphones which were handed down from his older brother and the first time he dropped the needle on a vinyl record it was a moment of clarity.

A moment he will never forget.

"It was a moment when the Universe made sense"...

Since Joey Martinez learned that people played records for a living and not just for fun in their bedrooms, Joey has aspired to become a professional DJ.

Realising that it would take a whole lot more than just putting two vinyl records together seamlessly in a mix. Joey Martinez turned his attention to making music in order to be recognised, in this highly competitive environment, as a DJ.

Joey has always had an interest in music production and with his eagerness to learn, thirst for knowledge and passion for House Music the furnace in his soul to be recognised, one day as a global House Music DJ and Prodcuer continues to roar. 

With a debut release on the Midlands Based record label Rezonation Music, Joey Martinez set the Miami Winter Music Conference 2012 on FIRE with "Stereocode". 
It was released alongside 3 other HUGE tracks to make up the Rezonation Miami Winter Sampler, it received DJ Support from the likes of Robert Owens, David Vendetta, DJ Dove, Muzikfabrik, David Herrera, Etienne Ozbourne, Ivan Pica, Carl Hanaghan, Jorge Montia, Peter Brown, Boris Roodbwoy, Mark Doyle, Niki Belucci, Per QX, Jay Kay, Des Mitchell, Lucas Reyes, Andy Norman, Groovebox, Garrett & Ojelay + Lot's more!!

It has since been included on many Compilations for the Ibiza 2012 season. These compilations have also included artists such as Avicci, Patrick Hagenaar, Damian William, Thomas Gold and many other of the worlds best House Music producers.

In April 2012, Joey was hand picked by Hard To Find to DJ and perform in front of 20,000 people  to represent at the NEC for The Gadget  Show.

In May 2012, Joey featured on The "HED KANDI LIVE ES PARADIS IBIZA OPENING PARTY 2012". Which included music from Todd Terry, Audiowhores, Patrick Hagenaar, Thomas Gold an even more of the Worlds best House Music producers - as you would expect to find on a Hed Kandi Album.

Dogstare(aka Paul McGuinness) has been involved with dance music for about 19 years now(starting out as a DJ in 1994 then becoming a producer in about 2005). This is his new solo guise for electronic music such as House,Techno and Electronica he doesn't take himself too seriously and likes his music to retain an element of comedy and fun(because after all thats what its supposed to be about and not strutting round in black moody v neck t shirts) looking all fed up! Paul is also involved in two other acts Minus Five Wolves and Spek Neon and has had various releases on vinyl and digital formats over the years on labels like 3am Recordings,Soulfire Downloads and Wallshaker Music Detroit. 

John Haggerty is a long standing musician,playing in his early days with bands like,Citizens Bureaux and European Line,later in the eighties writing with Bill Heggie (Cocteau Twins and Low Life) and Stuart Everest (European Line and Low Life) he gave up music for a number of years, and has now started writing and recording again, this time going under the name of "The Sub Room"
