Hector is Dreaming, observing Shade 3 on L'Aurore. Trying to perform Pyramidal Decode expressed in Dantza, Coloumb Force becomes Scattered Matrix. A Thousand Details do not matter when there is a Processing Disorder. In the end, Zifir is just Scattered.

Backspin's fifth release comes from Obscure Shape, delivering a deep and versatile techno EP that lives up to its title: 'Zwei Gesichter' (German for 'Two Faces'). Across five tracks, the EP explores the tension between raw force and emotional depth, marrying the label's Hardgroove roots with a more introspective edge.
The A-side presents Obscure Shape's first face: It opens with 'Zwei Seiten', a no-frills banger that hits with immediacy and drive. 'Im Angesicht Der Zeit', the single, leans into groove and movement, offering a more fluid, time-aware flow. 'Die Haut In Der Ich Wohne' pares things back into a minimalistic, looping hypnosis, evoking the idea of inhabiting one's own skin. On the B-side, presenting the producer's second face, 'Spuren Des Werdens' features producer AMIYE and introduces more melody and saw synths, a reflection on growth and transformation. The closer, 'Von Hoffnung Getragen' – also a collaboration with AMIYE – lifts off with ethereal vocals and a bouncing rhythm, embodying the hope that carries us forward.
With the 'Zwei Gesichter' EP, Obscure Shape crafts a powerful narrative through groove, form and feeling perfectly aligned with Backspin's evolving reinterpretation of early 2000s techno.

The music taste of Ilia (aka myspacerocket) was largely formed by the sounds of underground Russian and Ukrainian scenes, as well as niche European parties and festivals. His sets are a journey through energetic, dark, and spacey realms, with fast-paced raw techno rhythms woven with experimental layers, captivating sound structures, and quirky twists. For myspacerocket, music is the most fascinating and the most fun form of art. He thrives on discovering unique tracks in the endless stream of new releases, sharing his finely curated selections with a like-minded audience.


Since moving to Melbourne in late 2022, he has established himself in the local electronic music scene, joining the Anomalie Collective as a resident DJ, performing at Tilt Shift and New Guernica's Eat the Beat. His growing presence in Melbourne's music landscape includes a notable appearance on Kiss FM radio, along with DJ and hybrid sets at various event series and venues, including the iconic My Aeon, 150BPM, Lucky Shmuck, 239 Space, Technoland, RaveCircuit, and SoundCheck at Russian House Melbourne. Following his vision for raw and hypnotic sounds, he curated and organised Dark Matters rave, performing alongside other artists to deliver an immersive outdoor experience.
