Quantum theory brilliantly explains the physical universe. But the certainty of every quantum state is dependent on an "observer" and physicists are wrestling with what that means: Consciousness is the foundation and source of everything.

This is a song for anyone who has ever lost someone they were taking care of. I think any health provider could tell you that they have a patient like the one in this song. I didn't really have a way of handling the stress and mental burden that comes with being a surgeon, and unfortunately that added up and I had to leave the field.
