Was really drawn in from the start by the warm tones and distant voices. And then the theremin-like sonic signals really sounded as if being beamed down from a mothership, and almost as if trying to convey a musical message to be deciphered. Really put me in a ethereal state of mind. And then as the piece progressed it sounded / seamed as though I was traveling through some other dimensions or exotic places. And then the trip gently subsided. Excellent atmospheric and dreamy work !! What a journey. Great collaboration effort !

Much as a soldier enlisted in the American Earthman's army is called a "G.I.," an enlisted spaceman in Her Majesty's Space Navy is called "Dumaflagee." According to Her Majesty's Bureau of Linguistics, the word has been used for centuries to mean "what's his face?" Her Majesty's Board of Distinguished Experts on Musicology have established that "Dumaflagee's Lament" is a traditional spaceman's tune, sung by spaceman for the last three centuries. I present this rendition for the study of sympathetic Earthmen who yearn to traverse the vast expanse of the Universe.

As always I played and record this in one take.  It is only shortened afterwards.
Guitar: Self customzed 7-string electric to 6-string, equipped with GK3 hexaphonic pickup. 
Guitar sound: Boss GP-10, electric guitar modelling.
Synth: Dreadbox Erebus V3.
Sequencer: Arturia Beatstep Pro. (And guitarist need only right hand  controlling BSP, thanks selfmade brass fingers.)
Sequence transposing: Roland PK-5A Midi foot controller.
Mixing, pan and delay: Electron Analog Four.

Sustained guitar sound in the middle of track was achieved with EHX Superego+.

When you have already lived a majority of your life you begin to question if you are satisfied with who you are.  How much more time do you need to be able to say you are done, and you are okay with who you are? How much farther could you go if you knew you had the time to do it? Or will there always be the thought that you could do more, you could learn more, no matter how old you get - if the effects of life didn't get in your way? Will there a time when you can say you are done? I'm always stretching time to have even another five minutes. Everyone has their own gifts but not everyone has the strength to pursue them. They end their life thinking it is too late to start something new. Being able to create music, as many of you know, is a wonderful gift to have, no matter how well you play, as long as it makes you happy. My thanks to those these past years who have taken the time to listen to the music I play.  You have been my family as my birth family has never wanted to be. Thank you.
