U R MY GIRL 2025

I’ve been fascinated, for a while, in discovering how shamanic ceremonial music eventually became blues, jazz and gospel, so this is a little exploration into it.  I haven’t found the answer yet... but I hope you'll enjoy this experiment along the way! 

The ceremonial choir is from a field recording in Madagascar. I made the drumming from a south African esoteric jazz pack of samples, and I made the R&B song with A.I.
